Must Have: Minimum Requirements 

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field plus 5+ years demonstrated results in Supply Chain demand planning and sales and operations planning leadership.  


 
Nice to Have

Ability to work off hours (regular US business hours 8am-5pm local time zone) 25% of the time to better partner with the Regions. 
Experience using SAP or other ERP system, JDA or other forecasting tool
Demonstrated use of Microsoft Tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
MBA or equivalent Master’s degree with an emphasis on supply chain management or advanced supply chain information systems.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform in a command-and-control role under pressure and to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process formulation, process improvement and project management. 
Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
Building relationships with key internal and external customers based on trust and confidence.
Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
Translating business goals and metrics into business process outcomes and related business cases for specific projects.
Knowledge of finance, sales, marketing, and R&D functions
Ability to overcome ambiguity, imperfect data, and the limits of process definition to achieve exceptional and timely results
Experienced in utilizing outputs from Sales and Operational Planning systems to improve Supply Chain planning and inventory management
Medical Device or other regulated industry experience
Work experience includes a large global manufacturer/distributor operating in a matrix organization structure 
Experience developing and implementing change initiatives requiring collaboration and influence management skills 
Institute of Business Forecasting and / or APICS certification 
Super user knowledge of SAP R3 and APO and / or other planning systems
Experience applying DMAIC or lean sigma methodologies
