  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung – idealerweise im medizintechnischen oder diabetologischen Bereich

  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Patienten-/Personengruppen

  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Inbound/Outbound) verbunden mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe

  • Zusammenhänge am Telefon verständlich vermitteln

  • Freundliches offenes Auftreten und Verbindlichkeit

  • Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit

  • Hohe Kunden- und  Serviceorientierung (B2C)

  • gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse  (MS-Office, SAP/R3, SAP CRM)
