A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Monitor usage Inbox constantly to identify loan/consignment usage sent in from Sales representatives.
- Monitor State Spine purchase order inbox constantly to identify orders, checklists sent from reps/loan technicians.
- Liaise with Sales reps when required to confirm correct usage of stock.
- Create proforma invoices and email customer.
- Create consignment replacement, loan, and billing orders in SAP.
- Liaise with warehouse staff/ loan technicians regarding stock levels, issues, deliveries.
- Create delivery notes and send to warehouse for despatch /delivery to customers.
- Manage Proof of Deliveries for customers via freight track and trace online.
- Manage all Customer queries relating to proformas, billings, loan orders, ETAs.
- Run PO Pending for Sales team – monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Escalate issues to Manages for resolution.
- Follow up with Customers to chase up purchase orders for outstanding billings.
Must Have:
- 0 years of experience required
Good to Have
- Bachelor Degree in any disciplines
- SAP knowledge
- Experiences working in order processing environment
