Must Have:

  • 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, back office, shipments follow up or data management.
  • Fluent in English level.
  • Fluent in French level.
  • Highschool degree.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Critical and analytical thinking.
  • Customer services skills.
  • Good people skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with medical devices, pharma or related areas.
  • Experience working with Global business services.
  • Knowledge using SAP.
