MUST HAVES
· Bachelor (HBO) or higher degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
· Language: Fluent in English (spoken and writing).
· 3-5 years of experience in Contract to Cash
· In-depth knowledge (SME level)
· Experience in Credit Management / Shared Services is a big plus
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
· Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and communication skills
· Reporting skills. Good knowledge of Excel/Access and preferably building Macro’s
· Accurate
· Able to think “outside the box”
· Remain calm and objective under pressure
· Able to adapt communication to suit the audience
· Has passion for the job, takes ownership and tries to get the maximum result without harming the business and customer relationship
· Proactive, flexible, hands-on attitude and can work independently
· Good in building and maintaining relations internal and external
· Customer Focus
· Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
· Energized by change
· Mindset of continuous improvement.
· Experience with an ERP system. Experience with SAP, GFS and FSCM is a plus.
· Experience with credit rating/scoring of customers is a considered a plus.
