Costumer Support IT Analyst
Must Haves
· At least 3-5 years of experience -System Administration in Windows environment.
· Knowledge in client/server operating systems installations including problems detection/solving (emphasis on troubleshooting skills.)
· Active directory environment
· IIS Web server management
· Microsoft SQL Server management (Security, Backup/Restore, logs etc.)
· Networking (DNS, DHCP, Firewalls etc.) experience with different utilities for network diagnosis and etc.
· Logs issues analysis
· Virtualization technologies (understand concepts such as Private Cloud and etc.)
· Cloud computing preferably knowledge or experience in AWS
· English proficiency
· Willingness to travel – 20%
