REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
High-school education
Continued education in EHS, customer service, administration or building automation systems.
JOB EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1-years’ experience in an office environment
Relevant experience in building maintenance area.
Relevant EHS experience
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
Bilingual – written & oral.
Good communication skills; able to interact with visitors and guests
Organizational and time management abilities are essential.
Motivated; ability to work collaboratively with others and with limited supervision; attention to details.

Post-secondary education
JOB EXPERIENCE
Facilities services experience
Experience with an ERP system would be an asset
Experience with administrative work
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices

Normal office conditions, with occasional heavy lifting and physical maintenance work
Considerable walking and standing
