Continuous Process Improvement Program Manager
· Bachelor’s degree
· Currently certified as a Black belt by Medtronic or a recognized training entity.
EXPERIENCE:
· 5+ years of experience in the medical device or other highly regulated industry
Nice to Have
· Consistent application of change management, project management leadership, and extensive application of continuous process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, MOS or equivalent.
· Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.
· Proven success in a leadership role; performance-driven.
· Proven leadership skills, business acumen, performance-driven.
· Positive examples of driving management system and cultural change.
· Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to interface and influence at all organizational levels.
· Excellent understanding of data analytic and statistical tools, capable of explaining the underlying concepts and principles.
· Prior Change Management certification.
· Prior Master Black Belt or Black Belt certification.
· Financial acumen (direct or via partnership) to develop ROI analysis
· Ability to run experiments to prove out savings impacts
· Ability to quickly develop trust through stakeholder interviews, site level actions and interactions
· A thorough working knowledge of the following: FDA 21CFR820, Quality System Regulation; ISO13485, Medical Device Directive and applicable harmonized standards that apply to medical devices and instrumentation.
