Compliance Program Manager
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant compliance experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Demonstrated experience of leading compliance at a country level and leading and managing the execution of processes and projects.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a global matrix organisation across geographic and functional boundaries.
- A strong work ethic and an exceptional business partnering focus
- The ability to multi-task and manage complexity and take a solution focused approach
- An energetic, self-motivated and team-oriented approach
- Good attention to detail; effective organisational and time management skills.
- Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
