Basic Qualifications:

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years' of work experience or Master’s Degree and 8+ years' of work experience.
• 6+ years’ experience in Compensation, Sales Compensation, HR, Finance or Accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook.
• Experience managing projects with team members from across multiple sites/functions.

 

Desired/ Preferred Qualifications:

Essential to success in this role are: exceptional teaming skills, business savvy, client relationship building, innovative and critical thinking and strong results orientation. The successful candidate has an informal and communicative style, and a proven ability to coach and influence.

• MBA, Masters HR

• Advanced computer skills including working knowledge of PeopleFluent and/or Workday

• 9+ years of increasingly responsible experience in the area of Compensation, Sales Compensation, HR, Finance or Accounting

• CCP certification a plus

• Medical device industry experience

• Demonstrated project management and the ability to lead multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Led sales incentive plan design for an organization

• Flexibility and ability to lead and influence change in a high growth environment

• Knowledge of Medtronic products, functions, and sales policies and procedures.

• Strong systems and process improvement skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong relationship building, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
•Ability to articulate complex topics in a simple, straightforward manner to all levels of management and associates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service
