Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- You’ll have a network at the exec and senior surgical level of hospitals and be comfortable with selling new products or R&D to early adopter type customers;
- Minimum of 10 years medical device sales experience and expert level knowledge of company products and services;
- Fluency in English language (business-level, both verbal and written);
- Ability to travel 25-75% of the time, as needed, to customer sites in the region
Nice to Have
- Selling software as a solution skillset and experience;
- Your background will include enterprise software sales into hospitals;
- Experience of data and analytics within healthcare would be the icing on the cake for us;
- Drive for Results, Ethics & Values, Evidence-based Medicine, Functional Technical Skills, Integrity & Trust, Interpersonal Savvy, Listening, Negotiating, Priority Setting, Problem Solving;
- Some technical proficiency required to understand our products and conduct required testing with integrated surgical video systems.
