BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION REQUIRED
• Bachelors degree
• Project Management Certification
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• 10+years project/program management in a high tech or medical industry
• 10+ years experience successfully implementing substantial projects
• 5 years progressive leadership experience
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• MBA or masters degreeIT/ BioMedical / Project Management
• Strong presentation skills, both delivery and development
• Expertise with MS Office (particulary Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Previous experience working cross functionally in a matrixed organization
• Familiarity and experience with communications assessment techniques and tools
• Experience developing end user programs (training, communications, technology initiatives)
• Fiscal management, budget tracking, and reporting skills.
• Previous experience succeeding in a global organization
• Global Mindset
• Change Management experience
• Experience implementing initiatives through effective influence management skills with those that have no direct reporting
