Must Have: Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of experience; including 1+ year of work experience in the healthcare industry (i.e. medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech)
Experience working on projects/programs
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience witting reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Nice to Have
B.A., B.S. in a health sciences or business-related field and 2 years of related experience
Experience with planning, inventory & distribution management systems (e.g., SAP)
Experience in Project management and database systems (e.g., Excel, Access, MS Project, CTMS, Agile)
Experience in medical device clinical trials/clinical trial setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills, technical and problem-solving skills
Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting general business documents, technical procedures, and specifications
Experience working independently and on cross-functional teams
General knowledge of industry regulations, practices, techniques, and standards
Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
Experience referring to policies and regulations for guidance
Experience facilitating project coordination
Able and willing to be flexible
