Change Manager (m/f/d) Workplace Strategies – Home Office based
Must Haves
• University degree in Business/HR or related field required (e.g. Communication, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or related discipline)
• 7- 10 years working experience in Change and/or Project Management or Communication
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Competency in use of virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, MS Teams, MS Planner)
• Fluent English language skills – written and spoken; any additional language is a plus
Nice to Haves
• Proven Project Management and Change Management skills, applied in large scale projects – ideally in workplace change projects
• Change Management, Coaching and/or Communication certification/ designation desired
• Proven intercultural skills and experience in working with multinational teams in a Matrix organisation
• Advanced problem solving, conflict management, team building, organizational effectiveness
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management and outside service providers
• Proven influence management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in communication methods
• Substantial presentation skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed work style, able to work with minimal direction
• Ability to manage and prioritize numerous projects simultaneously
• Results oriented with strong customer focus and satisfaction skills
• Demonstrated adaptation skills with quick learning curve
