REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate in Business, Science, Engineering, healthcare; MBA preferred
- 8 -10 years in sales, marketing or business roles in healthcare (medical devices and CV preferred)
- Team management experience
- P&L management
- Strong customer focus, market expertise and ability to translate these into business strategies
- Strong financial management skills, including PnL management/forecasting – sales, ASP/Margins, expense management
- Strong marketing expertise – proven record in launching new products, developing and implementing marketing/training and education initiatives, marketing measurement
- Strong knowledge/experience with various processes: Forecasting, S&OP, Regulatory,
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in Matrix environment
- Fluent English
- Travel up to 50% of time, some international (+8hrs)
