Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis and presentation skills; experience in using pivot tables, graphs, surveys and ability to write clear and concise reports
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff with a focus on achieving productivity.
- Support a high performance culture
- Engagement: maintain a sense of ownership for own work; encourage others to perform at their best.
- Judgment: make timely and sound decisions based on thorough consideration of relevant objective information
- Planning: determine the support and or resources needed to complete assignments
- Proactive: anticipate and ensure uninterrupted operations for the BUs
