We are looking for Business Support Coordinator for Medtronic. Your responsibilities will include complex and diverse administrative tasks, management of Directors calendars, Travel Management, Meeting Management & Logistical Support, Agenda Preparation, Minute Taking & Action Planning Support, Expense Preparation, Vendor Creation, Purchase Order (PO) Creation & Invoice Payments for administration, Day to Day Administrative Support.
You will be working in dynamic international environment. You will be required to attend Medtronic office 5 days a week. A Day in the Life
• Providing general administrative support including preparation of communication, maintenance of schedules, assistance with onsite meetings when required.
• Liaising with vendor creation and raising payment requisitions for third party suppliers, clients, and other staff for office related purchases.
• Devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow.
• Diary & Travel Management.
• Meeting Management & Logistical Support.
• Working closely with other Business Support Coordinators across the region and collaborating on projects as and when required.
Must Haves
• Fluent English language written and verbal knowledge
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive contribution and pro-active approach to new and changing situations
• Well-developed organizational skills & attention to details
• Ability to work in a team to achieve company goals
• Confident in dealing with senior level staff and ability to communicate in a professional manner

• Work experience in administration in a dynamic work environment
