We are seeking a talented Business Process Specialist to join our team to support us on our ongoing journey around order digitalization and automation within Customer Care & Order Operations.


A Day in the Life


You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Customer Care Operations function in all e-Business and e-Commerce related matters, and acting as a customer advocate to improve users´ digital experience
  • Championing successful onboarding of customers and internal business partners to our eBusiness channels, while effectively navigating inquiries and requests
  • Maintaining and managing e-Business objects, such as e-orders, invoices and others
  • Analyzing electronic order flows based on data from SAP / Power BI / Process Mining, and recommending process improvements based on data analysis and customer feedback.
  • Seeking out, driving and leading opportunities to improve technology through the process improvement of cross-channel eBusiness, in partnership with internal teams
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal Medtronic teams (i.e. e-Business Center of Excellence, Master Data Operations, IT, Integration Team, Sales Operations Team).
  • Staying on top of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to order management and touchless ordering.


Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is Required
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience


Your Profile:

  • Experience working with B2B e-Business, e-Commerce solutions, with an understanding of GS1 or EDI Systems
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (PR1 Production and RR1 Testing Environment)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, with basic knowledge of SQL queries.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand complex issues, and strong presentation skills to communicate data analysis with conclusions and recommendations.
  • Readiness to take up unexpected challenges and stay motivated to achieve business results
