Business Process Consultant, Integrated Health Solutions - Denmark
Requirements
Must have skills and competencies
•Experience in solutions design, delivery and selling, for example achieved through earlier roles as account lead, senior consultant or solution architect.
•A relevant master’s degree (for example technical or management) and several years of experience within healthcare.
•Strong commercial acumen.
•Thorough understanding of the Nordic healthcare system including funding models, patient flows, decision making processes, etc.
•Strong analytical skills to understand local markets and customer needs and transform into partnerships through consulting engagements.
•Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and local language
•Being a team builder and shaper.
Nice to have skills and competencies
•Clinical background
•Experience of how to work and communicate in international environments preferably in a matrix organization
You will be travelling est. 50 days per year and work out of Medtronic Copenhagen Office.
