Must Haves
- University degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
- 7+ years of professional finance experience – being close to an expert in Investment Management, Financial Modelling, Data Analysis and Go to Market Strategies.
- In-depth know-how in Financial Planning, Performance Measurement, Financial Governance as well as Sales Incentive and Pricing
- Willingness to business travelling 10-20% of time, covering the UKIBN area
- Being business acumen – you understand the business model and are 100% business savvy
- Being an advisor, you are an outstanding communicator and have the ability to communicate effectively according to the audience and to influence others to different ways of thinking & gain commitment
- Strategic powers - you see the big picture and think on long-term perspective
- Proactive and action oriented – you show initiative and act with a sense of urgency as well as with diplomacy when required
Nice to Haves
- Masters level on MBA degree an / or having achieved a CPA/ACCA diploma
- Finance, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experienced in Business Finance
- Work experience from a multinational commercial company or a recognized audit firm
- Experience in working in a multicultural and diverse environment
