Part of the Neuroscience portfolio, Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) is redefining cranial and spinal procedures to reduce variability and improve outcomes with the goal of restoring long-term quality of life for more patients. CST is comprised of four global businesses: Spine & Biologics, Enabling Technologies, intelligent Data Solutions (iDS), and China Cranial, Spinal, Orthopedics & Technologies.
North of Portugal is the preferred location. Fixed-term contract.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Providing technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers.
• Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
• Providing follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
• Providing sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
• Making technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
• Conducting on-site education and consulting, and supporting establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Acting as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
Must Haves
• University degree in Health sciences (biomedical engineering, electrical, IT, natural sciences, or other relevant degree)
• At least 2 year of experience
• Willingness to work with physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians
• Willingness to provide expert technical support in the operating room in the hospitals
• Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
• Communication skills and motivation to build strong business relationship with customers; Computer literacy
• Clean driving license; Willingness to travel intensively
• Teamwork, proactivity and focus on delivering results
