Associate Reimbursement Analyst
Experience/Knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills
- Professional knowledge of healthcare economics & reimbursement (preferred)
- Project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments
- Computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
- Demonstrated communication, motivational skills, and tact in dealing with customers
- Highly motivated self-starter and team player who are able to work independently and as a team, deal with complex issues, and relate to multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in development of pharmacoeconomic or health economic studies (preferred)
- Publication skill and experience (preferred)
Education
- Statistics, Pharmacy or Biomedical Engineering Bachelor’s degree
- MPH, MS or MBA degree (preferred)
Competency Required
- Negotiation skills
- Professional knowledge of health economics & reimbursement
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Biostatistics operating capability i.e. SAS and R program (highly preferred)
- Meta-Analysis, Systematic Review analysis skills (highly preferred)
