Associate Contract & Payment Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree in administrative areas.
- Fluent Portuguese level.
- 1 or 2 years of related experience in working with contracts or in a contract-related capacity, preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract. acquisition and fulfillment.
- Proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong teamplayer.
- Excellent organizational skills required with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to manage time and complete multiple projects independently and proactively.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must exhibit a professional demeanor and be able to establish relationships.
- Ability to handle difficult situations.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Nice to have familiarity with U.S The Sunshine Act
- Nice to have experience in Medical Device industry.
- Nice to have Fluent English level.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Excellent proofreading and composition skills.
