BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience as an intern in a regulated environment; experience in technical writing; knowledge of DOEs, and proven problem solving ability.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Mechanical Engineering
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
0-3 Years with Bachelor’s degree
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience leading and managing projects independently
Knowledge of statistical data analysis methods and related statistical tools
Gage R&R
Experience using Minitab to analyze data
Knowledge of materials (polymers, metals) is a plus
Knowledge of DMAIC is preferred
Excellent leadership skills to lead and own issues all the way to resolution
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and be organized
