- Bachelor Degree: preferably in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years leading demand generation strategies utilizing inbound and outbound programs.
- Strong MarTech stack experience with tools such as Eloqua, Uberflip, Marketo, Salesforce, Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
- Knowledge of design softwares as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Graphic Design being able to design creative pieces
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese. Advanced level of English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work under tight time constraints and manage multiple projects across several products/services simultaneously
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and provide ongoing innovation
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Responsive, action-oriented.
- Medical field sales or support
- Analytical/problem solving experience
- Strong writing skills
- Innovative and creative problem solver. Ability to proactively resolve issues.
- Great attention to detail.
- Achievement-oriented and demonstrated ability to self-start projects and/or tasks.
- Experience tracking and reporting program analytics, developing KPIs, and determining ROI off programs.
