Administrative Assistant
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or corporate setting.
- Post-secondary – college or Certified Administrative Professional Designation (or equivalent)
- Fluently bilingual in English and French, written and verbal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking ability.
- Customer focused and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and on multiple projects at the same time.
- Adaptability, pragmatism, responsiveness and collegiality.
- Previous experience in customer-facing role.
- Proven cross-functional experience.
- Superior common sense and judgement.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, flexibility to prioritize effectively and ability to multi-task.
- Previous in-house experience with medical device or other life science company.
- Contract Administrator experience.
- Paralegal degree or certificate.
