BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree required & 1 year of relevant experience
• Bi-lingual in Spanish & English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in a generalist or specialist role and/or HR analyst role
• Clear communication skills to help employees of all levels of the organization to effectively understand and resolve their problems.
• Process improvement mind-set to build efficient and effective processes
• Ability to lead and develop team members to achieve an effective and efficient team. -Problem solving and decision making.
• Determine root causes of data issues and changes or develops, processes based on findings. -Ability to collaborate across the organization to gain trust and develop solutions rapidly to urgent business needs.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and modules to provide guidance to others in a fast -paced multi-location environment.
