BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
8+ years of medical device sales and sales management experience, including the supervision of direct reports
3+ years in team selling environment
3+ years sales leadership experience in the hospital acute care environment
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or other advanced degree
Strong problem solving and negotiating skills
Proven track record of professional development, both with direct reports and through coaching/mentoring of other employees
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed, geographically-distributed organization with multiple value streams
Proven track record of selling to “C” level and senior executive buyers and complex accounts
Strong background and understanding of healthcare reform, competitive landscape, and implications for customers
Ability to influence & drive cross-functional teams with or without direct authority
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional client interaction skills and the ability to model these for others
