Americas Senior Business Development & Strategy Associate
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of work experience with exposure to financial modeling, valuation analysis, and / or business development or Master’s Degree / MBA with [2+] years of work experience with exposure to financial modeling, valuation analysis, and / or business development.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Robust financial modeling capabilities including forecasting, pro-forma P&L development, and/or probability-adjusted discounted cash flow analysis, etc.
• Established competence in market analysis and assessments
• Strong quantitative and technical / computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong data management and research skills
• Management consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy experience strongly preferred.
• M&A and financial due diligence experience
• Medical device / health care industry experience with exposure to value-based initiatives / opportunities
• MBA or Master’s Degree
• Experience in preparing, reviewing or negotiating legal documents including contracts, NDAs, SPAs, etc.
• Ability to work in a results-oriented, team-based, fast-paced environment, prioritize projects and deliver quality results within tight time constraints
• Strong work ethic and a drive for perfection with an attention to detail
• Aggressive self-starter, highly motivated team player driven to achieve excellence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
