Americas Business Development & Strategy Director
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
• BA or BS degree and 10 years of work experience in Strategy, Business Development or Marketing (8 years with Masters)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• MBA or Master’s Degree
• Management consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail required
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Creative thinker with confidence and ability to challenge established thinking
• High degree of comfort with ambiguity and change
• High level of proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the medical device industry
• Experience in a large global corporate (even matrixed) environment
• Aggressive self-starter, highly motivated team player driven to achieve excellence
