This is a part time student position; the candidate must be available at least 2 days during morning hours.
A Day in the Life
Different procedures are being conducted in Israel medical centers. The payment to Medtronic is done retroactively. In this role you will represent the CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) unit.
• Overseeing the invoicing process and staying in contact with different HMO's (
Health Maintenance Organizations) in Israel such as Maccabi. Meuchedet, Leumit, Clalit) and ensure billing process is going smoothly.
• Receiving all delivery notes & implement reports from the field team and preparing of all needed documentation.
• Actively contacting the HMO's to receiving the orders in correlation with product used.
• Coordinating the orders with Medtronic customer care department.
• Follow up unbilled products.
• Providing general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
