Administrative Services Manager Dutch
Must Haves
• University/ HBO degree
• Fluency in Dutch and English, written and verbal
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Minimal 3 years professional experience in managerial activities (business management/ office manager etc.)
• Experience in healthcare industry a strong advantage
• Ability to lead, motivate people / Coach the team
• Customer focus, flexible, be able to organize, delegate and work under high pressure
• Communicator / Communication skills (inc. presentation)
• Knowledge of business systems e.g. database maintenance, testing, development
• Project Management and People Management experience
Nice to Haves
• Networking and influencing
• Another European language an asset
• Six Sigma training qualification is a plus
• Self-starter with an in-depth knowledge of business
