Inclusion Criteria
- A professional education or relevant degree required. Solid business background and nurse experienced background, preferable in Anesthesia and Intensive Care is a strong plus
- Strong business acumen.
- Proven ability in Sales and in growing a business generally.
- Demonstrated track record in sales (3 to 5 years), preferably in the Med Tech industry
- Proven track record in account management is desirable, selling to procurement level customers is essential.
- Advanced presentation and negotiation skills. Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Strong ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others.
- Ability to move in an Operating Room session and be familiar with specific requirements in the OR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to establish good working relationships with a wide range of customers.
- Product launch, territory planning and forecasting experience a plus.
- Used to work independently with a high level of time management skills
- Proficient in the predominant language of the region to be covered.
- English at conversational level would be a clear advantage.
- Good IT skills, including all Microsoft packages and proficiency in using modern multi-media tools.
- A full clean Driving Licence
