Must Have
- Experience working in a Logistics, Customer Service, Supply Chain or Operations environment.
- Understanding of change management methodologies.
- Numeracy: ability to apply statistical methods and techniques to solve complex business problems
- Expert in data preparation and manipulation
- Highly proficient across many standard and cutting-edge Statistical/Predictive/Machine Learning/Supervised and Unsupervised techniques
- An Advanced user of data visualization techniques to tell the story of data. Tools including (but not limited to) MS Excel, Power BI, MS PowerPoint & Tableau
- Ability to communicate well and discuss complex topics with both technical and business audiences
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with moderate support
- Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Business Management, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Actuarial Studies
