Must Haves
-
Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration.

Strong commercial acumen evidenced by experience of working with or within healthcare (>5 years Sales Experience).

Strong customer facing skills and notable executive presence coupled with the ability to design solutions at all levels from medical department and purchasing to C-suite.

Solid understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Incisive thinker, confident with concepts, analysis and frameworks. Ability to structure, manage and deliver change.

Strong project management orientation with the ability to prioritize and manage a complex list of projects to completion. Evidenced ability to deliver multi-layer “deal making” in healthcare.

Enthusiastic, positive mindset, solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional matrix to successfully deliver objectives to time and budget.

Solid understanding of patient pathways and surgical environment in a hospital.

Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to deal with ambiguity and to demonstrate agility.

Fluent in English and at least 1 other European language.

Up to 50% travel required in Western Europe.
