Intellectual Property Agent

Must Have:
•    Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Physics or similar scientific background required
•    Qualified to act before the Israeli Patent Office and/or a major Patent Office (Israeli Patent Agent, US patent agent, US patent attorney, European Patent Attorney, etc.) 
•    Minimum of 3, preferably 5 or more years of relevant experience in IP after passing the exam as Patent Agent or Patent Attorney

Nice to have:
•    Knowledge about protecting software and artificial intelligence related inventions
•    Both in-house and law firm experience
•    Excellent judgment, strong strategic and analytical thinking and ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
•    Excellent priority-setting skills and communications skills to deal with direct client contact and management
•    Proficiency in engineering, strong creative abilities, and scientific principles
•    Understanding of basic business concepts, strategies, and risks
•    Broad IP experience, including patent prosecution, freedom-to-operate, opinion preparation, licensing, and IP transactions
•    Medical device experience
•    Litigation experience
•    Possess a strong commitment to company values
