Sr IT Director-BRM Machined Implantables & Capital Manufacturing Network

Must Have: 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration
• 15+ years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience (people and/or program management), or Advanced Degree with a minimum 13 years prior relevant experience, minimum of 10 years of managerial experience (people and/or program management)
• Working IT knowledge and experience with manufacturing systems, including:
o Incoming Material Receiving
o Demand and Supply Planning
o MRP and Supplier Order Management
o Production Work Order Creation, Management and Closing
o Inventory Management
o Manufacturing Execution Systems and Processes
o Measurement systems and data management
o Labelling Solutions
o Shipping
o Plant Maintenance
o Workforce Tracking 
o Manufacturing Execution Systems and integration with equipment controllers
• Proven experience leading a globally dispersed IT team over 4 continents
• Proven experience with leveraging data and analytics solutions to drive operational efficiencies 
• Working knowledge and experience with IT in support of capital led businesses 
• Proven experience driving and delivering an IT roadmap focused on leveraging the value of standard solutions
