Must Haves

University degree (a degree in medicine would be a significant advantage)
Proficient in English. Dutch is a big advantage. Another European language an asset
Competent with Microsoft Office
>5 years professional experience as a training manager
Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Experience delivering diabetes care in a clinical setting
Flexibility and ability to travel ~50% in country in the Region and EMEA. Candidate should be willing to spend extended periods of time in Netherlands, at least 1 week per month initially

Strategic and long-term planning approach based upon business needs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Analyzing and interpreting data, trends and information
Excellent skills in Stakeholder management

Proven ability to influence, develop, manage, support and empower employees to achieve objectives within a team
Ability to collaborate across teams, facilitate difficult conversations, and resolve issues
Ability to lead, willingness to be led, and comfort with situational leadership
