Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years medical device sales experience and expert level knowledge of company products and services
Nice to Have
- 7 years of medical capital sales experience preferred
- Selling software as a solution skillset and experience
- Drive for Results, Ethics & Values, Evidence-based Medicine, Functional Technical Skills, Integrity & Trust, Interpersonal Savvy, Listening, Negotiating, Priority Setting, Problem Solving
- Some technical proficiency required to understand our products and conduct required testing with integrated surgical video systems
- Ability to work remotely and productively for an international company spanning multiple time zones across the US and Europe
- Ability to travel 25-75% of the time, as needed, to customer sites
