- Requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

- Build strong relationship with APAC community to influences stakeholders in Global and APAC Countries as well as regional leadership team to drive Program activities, decision and funding requirement.
- Possess the ability to work in a very diverse cultural environment and can understand better cultural and business variations and customizations.
- Develops plans related to volume and demand according to the system availability, business model and resources available to each APAC markets.
SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.
DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS Autonomy: Recognized both within and outside the organization as thought leader in area of expertise. Plans R&D or system projects or strategic functional initiatives and recommends technological application projects / solutions to accomplish long-range objectives.
Organizational Impact: Designs new products, processes, standards, or operational plans based on business strategy with a - direct impact on functional results . Influences business decisions made by leadership . Establishes operational plans for job area with long-range impact on results.
Innovation and Complexity: Faces problems that are complex, requiring broad-based consideration of variables that impact multiple areas of the organization . Develops solutions which are novel and unique and drawing upon best practices based on expertise.
Communication and Influence: Serves as a principal spokesperson related to major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives, new technological / technical research, functional thought leadership and other significant advancements . Uses influence, negotiation, and persuasion to achieve objectives.
Leadership and Talent Management: Providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees . Typically manages large, complex initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, involving large cross-functional teams.
Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires highest knowledge and mastery of multiple job areas typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Viewed as the leading expert and / or resource within the field by peers within and outside the organization. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience.
