A Day in the Life

Sr. Program Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts strategic Customer Care & supply chain analysis to foster a continuous improvement environment through Automation.
  • Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and Systems capabilities of the Customer Care function within the Customer Care & Supply Chain organization.
  • Plan, design and deploy Automation roadmap for Esker, Optical Character Recognition, SFDC, Medtronic connect, e-Shop, e-PO, EDI implementation.
  • Develops and implements automation models, strategies and/or processes to optimize the Customer Care & Supply Chain function.
  • Build business case with speed and precision to drive and help country stakeholders of APAC COE Customer Care make sound business decisions. (Solid presentation and PowerPoint skills is good to have).
  • Process business insights and strategic data from current business models and shows the ability to think quickly and apply clearly to business goals.
  • Present and communicate an information to audience and make them understand the content and objectives through effective engagement with diverse teams; effectively listen to feedback, questions and clarifications.
  • Align accounts deployment plan and get clarity on willingness of customer with IT, service provider’s capability readiness.
  • Organize and systematically consolidates business requirements and customer feedback for effective deployment and on-boarding.
  • Drives User Acceptance Test (UAT) Training Plans and timelines with project team members.
  • Assist in Hypercare period to resolve all automation gaps and issues with IT. He/ she serves as first point of contact to resolve main technical queries with IT with the design of country automation to ensure smooth implementation in operations.
  • Drive adoption and consistent feedback collection from users and customers.
  • Makes recommendation on system priorities based on country specific efficiency impact, customer experience objectives as well as savings aspirations.
  • Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain.
  • Takes responsibility for driving yearly automation goals for each APAC countries that rolls up to APAC regional goals.


Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

  • Build strong relationship with APAC community to influences stakeholders in Global and APAC Countries as well as regional leadership team to drive Program activities, decision and funding requirement.
  • Possess the ability to work in a very diverse cultural environment and can understand better cultural and business variations and customizations.
  • Develops plans related to volume and demand according to the system availability, business model and resources available to each APAC markets.

Innovation and Complexity: Faces problems that are complex, requiring broad-based consideration of variables that impact multiple areas of the organization . Develops solutions which are novel and unique and drawing upon best practices based on expertise.

Communication and Influence: Serves as a principal spokesperson related to major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives, new technological / technical research, functional thought leadership and other significant advancements . Uses influence, negotiation, and persuasion to achieve objectives.

Leadership and Talent Management: Providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees . Typically manages large, complex initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, involving large cross-functional teams.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires highest knowledge and mastery of multiple job areas typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Viewed as the leading expert and / or resource within the field by peers within and outside the organization. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience.
