Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience along with 7+ years of managerial experience is required.
  • An advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience is also acceptable.
  • Oversee development of strategic marketing plans for our portfolios.
  • Advanced analytical skills in assessing customer and market needs.
  • Exceptional team building, team leading and team player skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of and passion for Medical Device business with the capacity to learn about multiple products and their benefits to the health care system.
  • Strong strategic selling and negotiating skills.
  • Leads and embraces changes that are customer responsive and market-driven.
  • Breaks down silos and collaborates across organizational boundaries. Seeks and values different perspectives and ideas to foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Passionate and driven. Takes accountability for and consistently delivers decisions, actions and results.
  • Aligns and motivates people to move quickly in a coordinated fashion.
  • Strong team building capability with a vision for continued learning and development.
  • Annual budget development and management to AOP targets.
  • Polished market intelligence contacts and customer relationships to gather strategic and critical environmental information.
  • Reflects a high level of integrity in people and business management practices.
  • Advanced skill set in annual strategic planning process and marketing plan development.
  • A balanced, systematic and prioritized approach in crisis and stress management.
  • Be an innovative and creative agent of change.
Nice to Have
  • A Bachelors Degree in Business or Health Sciences, MBA is an asset.
  • Prior 3-5 years in a marketing leadership role in healthcare.
  • Previous sales experience an asset.
