Must Have:
- Marketing or business degree
- Solid marketing background 3 + years at regional or European level
- Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
- Strong sense of prioritization and focus
- Analytical and solution driven
- Adaptability and growth mindset
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and move influences across the matrix
- Determination, perseverance and positive mindset
- Relationship management skills in a multi-cultural environment
- A strong focus on results and metrics
- A high degree of business acumen
- Strong team player and track record of working collaboratively to manage cross-functional, cross-business issues and generate impact through others
- Fluent in English
- Meet travel requirement of 50%
