Systems Engineer II
Must Have: Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience with Bachelors Degree OR 0+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree
Nice to Have
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar discipline.
• Medical Device Industry Experience or other highly regulated industry experience
• Advanced Security Training or education
• Experience with wireless systems including experience with Bluetooth Low Energy
• Software development or coding background
• Experience defining security based requirements for complex systems.
• Knowledge of engineering statistical tools/methods such as DOE, Monte Carlo, Minitab, ANOVA, (DFLS, DFSS, or DRM Green or Black Belt certification a plus)
• Experience developing hardware and embedded firmware
• Good understanding of software development practices for medical device software as well as non-medical software within a medical device system
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement by studying and applying technical advances in area of expertise
• Excellent verbal and writing skills, including presenting
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others on cross-functional teams
