Required:
•B.S. in relevant engineering field, preferably Biomedical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with 7+ years of experience in implantable medical device NDP / product development.
•Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in implantable medical device NPD / product development.
•A strong verbal and written communicator, fluent in English.
•Possess strong statistical knowledge
•Familiar with basic lab equipment.
•PC experience (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.).
Nice to Have:
•8+ years of Cardiovascular device product development experience.
•Strong familiarity with interventional cardiology clinical procedures / practices.
•Strong familiarity with development Core Team organizational structure.
•Strong familiarity with the phase-gate / Product Development Life Cycle process.
•Extensive customer interaction experience.
•PMP – Project Management Certification.
•Demonstrated ability to influence those that do not directly report to them in order to achieve results.
•Extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
•Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
•Hands on experience with laboratory testing methods and fluid flow measurements.
