Must Have – Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Nursing/ Engineering or related disciplines, is essential
- A success track record in healthcare sales within the medical device industry having covered the same customer groups/ pain and/ or spine portfolios
- Strong understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare systems
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated success in business development and ability to develop and implement strategic relationships and communicate concepts with key influencers
- A customer focused approach with full understanding of customer needs and experience in solution selling
- Confident and engaging personality with proven ability to build strong internal and external customer relationships
