Must Have Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services
- In-depth knowledge of the hospital market and the health care system
- Strong knowledge of hospital economics, finances and decision-making processes in hospital management
- Experience in the business development of large contracts and in dealing with hospital senior management, or equivalent experience in consulting from boardrooms in hospitals or in other areas of the health care system in comparable functions
- Proven experience in advisory sales of complex healthcare solutions with strong project management skills for handling complex transactions in a rapidly growing environment
- Experience in working with interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams
- Good computer skills with specific skills in Microsoft Office: Power point, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all functional partners.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Nice to have
- Professional experience in neuro-vascular business areas
- Experience with large corporation
- Established business planning and forecasting experience
- Demonstrated formal sales skills training
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Medical device/equipment sales experience
- Experience selling to physicians in a procedural setting
- Degree with emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related, technical field
