Sr. Field Service Engineer
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Vocational/ Trade certificate with minimum 8 years of experience; Diploma/ Associate Degree with minimum 5 years of experience; Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years of experience
- In depth experience with medical devices for a minimum of 3 years
- Requires complete and broad knowledge of operational systems, techniques and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education
- Good knowledge on troubleshooting methods/skills and capital equipment control
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer oriented and has good interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Your Profile
- Working knowledge of ISO13485 / GDPMD
- Knowledgeable in ESD precautions and practice
- Working experience in ICU / Operating Theatre / relevant hospital / healthcare environment
- Experience with service sales and promotion
- Opex – Lean / Six Sigma certification
- Experience with SAP / Service Max
- Formal training in:
- Negotiating skills
- Key accounts management
- Consultative selling skills or equivalent
