Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience inclduing 5 years of experience in downstream Marketing or Strategy within the medical device, healthcare or life sciences industry, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience


Nice to Have

  • Experience leading digital marketing and demand generation campaigns
  • Proven track record of executing complex market growth programs in highly-matrixed environments
  • Strong program management skills and adept at leading cross functional teams
  • Experience managing discretionary budgets in excess of $500k
  • MBA preferred 

Subject Matter Expertise

  • The successful candidate is a recognized expert in their disease state and has a track record of driving attributable procedure growth through market access programs that resolve barriers to optimal therapy utilization and increase long-term patient engagement in care decisions.
  • Strategic Thinking
  • S/he is adept at bringing clarity to ambiguity, and is highly-skilled at developing simple, yet comprehensive programs that address the complexities of our external market that limit optimal patient access to therapy.
  • Initiative & Collaboration
  • S/he is a self-starter that operates with a high degree of autonomy and has strong collaboration skills developed through extensive experience executing programs within highly-matrixed organizations.
  • Communication Skills
  • This individual is a skilled communicator – able to covey complex strategies succinctly. S/he frequently interacts with US Region Commercial LT to influence US Region commercial strategy and expanded support for initiatives.
