Internal Communication & Employee Engagement Specialist
Must Have:
• Native English speaker level - a must
• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) to tailor information and communication style to different audiences including senior leadership
• Validated experience leading projects to successful completion, on time and on budget
• Passion for employee engagement and culture
• Demonstrated success in building, delivering, and measuring high-impact employee experiences to a diverse audience
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in developing and delivering content (internal communication preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communication, or relevant field
• Expert in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant presentation technologies
• Native English speaker level
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link communications and initiatives with business objectives
• Independent, fast moving, who can lead large scale programs and drive influence at all levels of the organization
• Team player
Nice to have:
• Experience in cultivating community in work, school, or volunteer settings
• Experience in employer brand management
• Experience using data to identify insights and problem-solve and ability to switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution
• Proficient in Excel
